Regional Sales Manager

As an RSM, you are responsible for growing our client base with a focus on net-new Fortune 1000 accounts in your territory and partnering with the Account Management, Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams internally.

Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is responsible for defining scope, approach and solution architecture throughout pre-sales, PoC and implementation phases of customer interaction. The SE works closely with Sales Executives, co-owning discovery, presentation, and at times proposal authorship aspects of the sales process.

Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager establishes goals and milestones for a customer’s security initiatives and then helps them reach these goals using the ZeroNorth platform and related solutions. The CSM stays engaged with a customer throughout their lifecycle, focusing on identifying immediate customer value in implementation, additional value motivating deal expansion, and long-term sustainable platform value through demonstrated ROI.

Software Development Engineer

Become an integral part of a small development team and participate in all phases of software development process. Contribute to ZeroNorth’s security orchestration platform and help grow the ecosystem of integrations with market leading security tools.

Field Engineer

The Field Engineer is responsible for directly supporting Sales Engineers and Solution Architects with PoCs, Implementation Trials and post-sale implementations. While the field engineer interacts with customers directly, their principal mode of operation is to work along side the SE/SA to either solve challenges themselves or serve as liaison to development when necessary.

Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Lead end-to-end testing initiatives throughout the entire SDLC. Contribute to ZeroNorth’s security orchestration platform and become a key contributor to the ZeroNorth team and our QA automation and testing program.

Director, Platform Marketing (Product Marketing)

ZeroNorth is looking for a creative, customer-focused and results-driven Director of Platform Marketing to establish and build the function. The Director of Platform Marketing will develop messaging and content that clearly describe the ZeroNorth value proposition for multiple audiences.
